SECTION 1: RETURNS
1. Free Returns – Within 7 Days
- Return items for free within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- For multiple item returns, please submit separate requests for each item.
2. What Happens After You Initiate a Return?
📦 Pickup: The product is picked up within 4 business days.
🔍 Quality Check: Once received at our warehouse, the item undergoes a 2-day inspection.
💰 Refund Processing: After a successful quality check, we initiate your refund within 7 business days.
3. Refund Timelines

4. After 7 Days?
- No returns or refunds can be processed after 7 days from delivery.
5. Partial Returns for Combo Purchases
- If you return one item from a combo deal, the refund will be based on the individual item price, not the combo price.
- If you return some items from a discounted order, the discount may be recalculated for the remaining items.
6. How Will You Receive Your Refund?
- Refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI details you provide while submitting your return request.
- Note: It may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
SECTION 2: EXCHANGES
7. Free Exchanges – Within 7 Days
- Exchange items for free within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
- For multiple item exchanges, please submit separate requests for each item.
8. One-Time Exchange Policy
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
9. Want a Different Product Instead?
- You can exchange your item for another of equal or lower value.
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.
10. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please initiate an exchange request on our website within 7 days.
SECTION 3: ORDER CANCELLATIONS
11. How to Cancel Your Order?
- Before Dispatch: Cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery, and we will process your full refund once the order returns to us.
12. Refund Timelines for Cancellations
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
